I am so disappoint with a high profile institute, called nedbank by a person called Elizabeth, i requested my balance on my personal loan and after i asked why i have to call for my balanced statement and her response was unfortunate i have to for everything when i asked what what meant by that she says it is what it is and she dropped the phone on and she was total rude on me
