I am so ashamed for the Level of Service from Nedbank

I am so ashamed to think my business would succeed with Nedbank. Horribly disappointed. Charging me R10 EACH for 21 Claimed Statements, R210 downloaded on the same day, 31Oct23. Picked this up on 29Dec, and up to now, numerous people i spoke to, different case numbers, no resolution. Just back and forth whole time. Clever tactics. Go to branch to close account, nope, need to go to HeadOffice. What a really f%$edup bank. Never again!!!!
