I am pleased from Rene

I have been struggling with my personal loans application. I went into the chatsworth branch and thanks to Rene for going the extra mile and helping me with the process quickly and efficiently. Nedbank should employ more Renes. Service Delivery is lacking. However I was rest assured by Rene that all is well with the application. After I signed the pre agreement within an hour I got an sms to say that the loan has been finalised and approved. And the funds will be in my account the next working day. ONCE again if it was not for Rene I would having been still awaiting.Please reward or credit her where credit is due. A job well done. This is what I call world class service. Fantastic service and going the extra mile. Keep up the excellent customer service. I can now say that I am proud to be a customer of Nedbank.
