I am on debt review.

I am currently on debt review with a company called octagen. My wife went on maternity leave and we asked for them to reduce our payments as the we were not receiving my wifes salary anymore. We were told that we can pay the cars for now and leave the accounts. Nedbank personal loans recently made three debit orders from my wifes account and two from mine totaling to almost R13000. We need the money back and i just dont thinks its fair that they will debit our account thrice in one month without notifying us. Please can someone call us back.
