I am not happy. I was not even given a change to rate the level of service that I got!

Nedbank chat customer service team has no customer service skills. I mean you contact the person let them know that you’re getting charged and you don’t know what for and they will just give you no empathy whatsoever the only thing they will tell you is this is what they see on the system and get on defence mode! I’m calling you guys to give me a solution you know I understand that yes I’ve already been charged but you basically allowed those charges to continue because I contacted you to ask for help so that they can stop so that I can make the means to fix it but and receive none of that help I’m still stuck as I have received no solution. I keep getting charged daily by (BDS ABSA) and I want it to stop. How do I stop it? When it happens all the time whether there is money or not in my acc?
