I am not happy

I am not happy with the way unauthorised debit orders go through my account every single month despite reporting it to the bank and paying a fee to stop them and still go through. Their chat service keeps on cutting because of network and even after that bothers to phone you back to sort out the problem. I need someone to phone me back and assist me before i go to the ombuds man.
