I am in New Zealand and had one debit order on my account

I am in New Zealand and had one debit order on my account. I now moved this debit order after speaking to a agent via the nedbank app chat and was told to just come back and they can close it! Now guess what? No they cant close the account! I want this account closed! As of today i am not paying anything for this account!
