I am finest by Mfc in October they send me a message saying they want me to send them my comprehensive car insurance which I did,mfc on the 15th of October deduct R1000 saying is for insurance as they received that report late,ohk they've even send me an email of confirming that they have received it and they will refund me the money.On the 15th November they took the money again,when i call they promise to refund they keep on making empty promises to date i didn't receive my money.hence i am calling them every single day with my money 😭
