I am disappointed with Nedbank!

Hi,

I have been a client of Nedbank for more than 6 years, not that it means anything. I have asked for a personal loan and I was declined due to the fact that I have only got my salary for 2 months and not three months. I was assisted by an agent who just called basically find out about my salary.

Have you guys heard of personalized service, can you not look at the history I had with you guys? perhaps maybe called my work place and find out about my salary and those things?

So where do I run to when I need help? You guys are not just a bank to me...you have become a family and declining me a personal loan just because I only have received m salary fr 2 months disapointed me. I am glad to say I will be moving to Capitec for the October salary.
