I am currently at the Nedbank Branch in Ekhaya centre Kwa-thema

I am currently at the Nedbank Branch in Ekhaya centre Kwa-thema. The service is extremely slow the staff is not wearing full uniform as they don’t have name tags. They take forever to assist and the waiting time is extremely long . I really am not happy with the service at the branch they really need to take customers serious, and stop chatting with their friends during working hours. They drag their feet take breaks whenever they like . They don’t even greet customers.
