I am being ***** by Nedbank an amount of R22840 and they are not resolving this ***** case

I am so disgusted and frustrated because Nedbank is trying to ***** me and make me pay a loan that i never took from them. I noticed on my Nedbank money App that there is an amount of R22840 under my personal loans, this amount appears as though it was borrowed by me but i never app**** for a loan of that amount and I have never received that money. After logging a complaint with their complaints division it was discovered that this amount was paid to an FNB account and I do not even have an account with FNB. Its been weeks now Nedbank is failing to provide any evidence which shows that I app**** for this loan because I never did and they know it. I am being given the run around. I have spent so much money calling the Nedbank Customer care and even went to their Nedbank Branch in Stanger but still they are failing to help me. Right now Nedbank wants to debit this money from my account yet I have an open case and they are refusing to resolve it. I am writing this review to report this ******* act. Nedbank could be doing this to a lot of clients but some people are probably not aware.
