I am appaulled this is a world's useless card ever

I am so ****ed and I can't keep being abused like this by my bank. I need to go to the ombuds. This is appaulling beyond. If I am not being double charged I am being abused by the customer services agents, hanging up being sarcasting and rude and transferring and sending me from puller to post. I ordered my cards which were retained by the atm ordered the cards didn't get them now I'm asked to order them again and they still wanna charge me TF
