i am annoyed by being sent from pillar to post by Nedbank and FNB regarding a payment reversal, i sent proof of payment to both banks and now Nedbank is asking for bank statement, i do not have time to go to the bank and they have my ID NUMBER why cant they check the payments made on the 22 April 2022 at 06;00 AM, WHY AM I BEING TAKEN FOR GRANTED. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH REVERSING PAYMENT, THIS IS FRUSTRATING AND CAUSING UNNECESARY STRESS FOR ME , I WAS INVILVED IN AN ACCIDENT LAST WEEK TUESDAY AND I DO NOT NEED ANYMORE PROBLEMS, I WILL NOT GO TO THE BANK, I DONT HAVE TIME, THEY SHOULD GET IT FROM FNB
