I am a Nedbank pensioner My name is Eddie De Souza ID number ***. We have a benefit fund called Gerry Miller. When there are shortfalls on our medical bills to provideders we submit the medical aid statement from the medical aid to the fund to process the payment refund. I have been battling to get a response as the lady who sees and co ordinate these shortfalls is on leave until May. Now after the matter is escalated some idiot is asking for a pensioner card nature of illness and all sorts of nonsense and I must waste my time to complete a form which Joy does at their offices in Cape Town for the committee meeting I think is Monday.
