How useless can a bank be?

Good day, 2 days ago I app**** for professional banking, I got called to say I am approved and that my professional banker will call me back that same day, 2 days later I receive a call to say I have been declined due to being under debt counselling, this was the same issue I had applying for a credit card last year, I advised I am not, Thus i ended up getting one from Discovery, A few month later I am told that my profile is cleared etc. I end up applying for finance for a vehicle and get declined, I appeal to tell MFC a division on NEDBANK again that I am not on debt counselling. To my surprise again they say they have removed it from my profile and ended up approving my vehicle, which i have been paying for more than 12 months! now again the same issue. Is everyone at NEDBANK ***********! BE VERY CAREFUL OF OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I am on the verge of cancelling everything at NEDBANK, vehicle finance, Investments EVERYTHING. this is got a point of it being ridiculous. I AM NOT UNDER DAMN DEBT COUNSELLING. Or if I am then please can someone explain how the hell they approved my vehicle finance, consistently offer me loans etc. I have not had this issue with any other institution! Get your business together.
