How now - cannot finish estate

My client's mother and father is deceased and they had a paid-up bond with Nedbank that they finished paying in ±1994.

We are unable to get the estate wound up because the bond was never closed and the attorneys claim Nedbank cannot trace the bond for the deceased. What are we to do and who can assist because your are not answering your ***number for assistance.
