How not to attract foreigners to invest in SA

Wow Nedbank, how to impress foreigners to invest in South Africa. Have a friend from Germany who has purchased a house, cash, and uses it as a holiday home twice a year. She is wanted to open an account with Nedbank to pay local municpal fees etc, and has been dealing with someone who never answers calls or messages. Have just witnessed this morning the leavel of her service, promised to call my friend at 11h30 - we still wait!! This afer my friend has tried to call / contact her for the past few weeks.
