How nedbank treat their customers

I have bank with nedbank for many years than i lost my job and i could pay back my loans. I have been jobless for almost 4 years, i just got a job recently about 2 months ago. I told myself I'll pay back all the creditors i owe. My first salary come in nedbank took R150 without contacting me or making a arrangement with i said fine let me not say anything maybe their will call me to make arrangements to see how i can pay them back they never call me or anything second salary went in their didn't take anything but today to my surprise they took my whole salary without even notifying me. Normally I'll get a sms when my money goes out of my account but not when nedbank takes it, if i didn't want to pay my loan back i would have gone to another bank to open an account for my salary to go in but i choose nedbank and this is how they treating people. I cant buy food for family i cant pay rent or my child's maintenance cause their took the little that i get from job for them. I don't think I'll ever recomment nedbank again to my family or friends to bank with them again!! Very disappointed...
