How many times for I have to ask?

For about 6 months in 1993 I lived in Ferndale. At that time I opened my 1st Nedbank account. In 1996 this account was closed at Nedbank's request as it was inactive. In the early 2000s I opened a new account with Nedbank. I provided all the relevant Fica documentation, including new proof of residence. Later (2006?) I app**** for a home loan with Nedbank for a house in Bordeaux. The bank had my address as that one in Ferndale from more than a decade earlier. I asked them to change it and was told it was done.<br> <br> Over the years that address in Ferndale continued to pop up on documentation. Over & over again I requested it be changed to my correct address and was told it had been done.<br> <br> In Oct 2014 I placed a complaint here on Hello Peter asking once and for all that this address in Ferndale be removed from all my Nedbank accounts. I was contacted by several Nedbank staff, including Devan & Rosy from Randburg branch. I re-supp**** them with proof of residence and I have emails confirming that old address had been deleted.<br> <br> Then last week I opened a Nedbank account for my daughter. And guess what? That Ferndale address from 22 years ago was down as my home address! PLEASE RESOLVE!!
