I think i have had enough with all the nonsense from Nedbank, When i app**** for the credit card, i advised that my debit date is on the 25th, this has been changed to the 20th (Not my fault). Now the installment of R750 attempted to deduct in the 20th which in turn failed, costing me my reputation and bank charges, on the 25th you deducted R1500 (i assume this is for the month of October and November as i have never missed any payments) Today funds are paid to me and you take another R750. How many installments do you want? Please refund me the premium and the relevant bank charges and ensure you don't take a premium for November AGAIN. With that being said, provide me with the settlement amount as i want to get rid of this account now.
