How long does it take !!!!

My bond was paid-up (before the full period expired) and dormant, now I want to do renovations and Nedbank can not produce. They said there was a hold on the account because they do not have a cession on my life policy any more, I went in to Mitchell street branch on the 1(first) of September 2015 and signed all the necessary<br> documents and the permissions. Faith, the lady in the branch was very helpful but even she had to \hold on"with the people from Home Loans for about 2(two) hours. The next problem was sending the documents to Home Loans"
