HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?

Waiting on new bank card for more than 6 days?? SLA 2-3 working days???? I went into the Woodmead branch and was told I needed to wait to be contacted by the courier. Called the 0800 number and told me also I need to wait. So how long do I have to wait to be contacted??
