HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE PLEASE ANYBODY HELP ME

A credit card was opened on my name, it could have been my ex wife not sure. How can they take judgement against me if.<br> 1. I was never informed of this debt<br> 2. judgement gets taken against me in a Johannesburg court and I live in eastern cape. ( no jurisdiction)<br> 3.according the credit act, a consumer must be informed of any action against a person.<br> 4.how can a judge give a default judgement against me, if there is no signed contract. ( so I can accuse any body of owing me money, and a judge will grant judgement???<br> 5.how can I pay moneys that was never given to me. <br> 6.my ex wife has been making payments, she has always spoken to the people, not once did they speak to me.<br> I HAVE EVEN COMPLAINED AT THE OMBUDSMAN THEY SAY I MUST GIVE NEDBANK 20 DAYS FOR PAPER WORK. I HAVE ALREADY BEEN ASKING FOR PAERWORK SINCE 16 FEBRUARY NOW A NOTHER 20 DAYS. I AM GOING TO LOOSE MY HOUSE BEACAUSE OF THIS.<br> PLEASE ANYBODY THAT CAN HELP ME PLEASE<br> [Email Removed]
