How is Nedbank going to compensate me for such loss?????

I opened an account with Nedbank 3 months ago, on wednesday i sold my car and the cash was deposited into my new cheque account - today Friday i could not get onto the nedbank money app it it said no account to transact - the ATM game me a code 05. I called the call center and they advised that i needed to go into the bank to have my card reencoded. when i did this by balance was suddenly "debited" infront of the lady helping me. she then called to find out what the issue is and after a wait they reported back saying i need to email proof of funds to *** which i did i also called them on *** to confirm they got my mail as i needed to pay for my new vehicle by 4pm its now 430 the car deal advised they had to let the car go to the other person who was waiting to purchase that car. How is nedbank going to help me now. Its weekend i dont have a car and all my money is "missing" !!!! Why did no one phone me to say the account will be suspended or they need a proof of funds before inconveniencing me like this???

I have just received this response from Nedbank:....
Good day,
I do apologise about this but all the departments that can assist us with your refund have already closed for the day. We will only be assisted on Monday morning.

I find this disgusting, I am a single mom with two kids, its weekend i now have no vehicle or money for the weekend. I just dont understand how ones account can just be blocked with no advice or phone call "just incase its *****"
