How do I submit information?

Nedbank Home loans send me an approval letter for a loan and requested that I send them information regarding the homeowner's insurance for the property. I have the certificate on hand however, I cannot send same to Nedbank Home loans because there is a problem with their e-mail system. When I contacted the call centre and spoke to the Home loan consultant he could not assist me and transferred me to the insurance division. Is there somebody at Nedbank that can assist me because I am getting \gatvol"of this nonsense????"""
