HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE TO CLOSE A CREDITCARD ACCOUNT??

I’ve been trying to close my nedbank credit card for two weeks now and I haven’t been getting the assistance I need. I’ve chatted to someone using the money app and called in but no one assist.

Surely, it can’t be this difficult to close a credit card account when its so easy to open. Its almost 15 days now and the account is still open and no one is coming back to me with any kind of feedback. The service I’ve received is atrocious to say the list.
