How dare you threaten me, its *******

I sent a message regarding my debt counsellor that is pathetic. That has in 10 months still not taken my debt review to court and you are still charging me 25.25% interest on my loan. I am drowning in interest and cannot keep paying this high rate.

What do you people do ? You threaten to send the sherriff to my house and attach my assets. Joke on you, the only thing i own is my 2 kids.
