how can you try to deduct my debit order on the 18th if i asked for the date to be the 20th

my salary is deposited on the 20th. nedbank deducted my debit order on the 18th whihch resulted in an unpaid on my account.<br> seriously can you not know if your salary date is the 20th....and your dt order date is the 20th.....you will have funds for that agteement on the 20th? i want a refund on the unpaid fees from you Nedbank. you will contact my bank to say the unpais was your mistake Nedbank...the 18th isnt the new 20th..... parhetic pathetic
