How can MFC use Transact direct??

Good Day<br> <br> I financed a vehicle through MFC via transact direct, first off the service from Lynette at transact direct was utterly poor! On my application my debit order date is selected as the first since i get paid on the 28th, the December payment was taken on the 22 ad requested by Lynnette a letter was also sent through to have the date changed, now remember this was initially transact direct's fault.<br> <br> This month the debit order gets deducted on the 21 obviously there is not enough funds in my account i get a penalty of 90 rand and they still take a partial payment. Needless to say this also affect my credit score now!<br> <br> I want to know how this will be rectified asap before taking further action ad this surely does not comply with the nca<br>
