HOW CAN I GET MY PAID UP LETTER OUT OF NEDBANK?

I have requested a settlement amount from Nedbank and on 29 February 2024 I have received the settlement letter. On that same day, 29 February 2024 I paid the said amount and email the proof of payment. Since then, I have been trying to get a paid up letter out of Nedbank, but my email are ignored. Their contact numbers is also not working. What else can I do to get client service?
