Bought a bank finaced house in Protea Glen ext 22 from Front Line Realtors through Nedbank.Technically the house is a bank house seeing that I still have to pay for it.Having this in mind I was of the opinion that the bank wont just give a thumbs up for the house if the house did not meet their requirements.Well the same house is not different from an RDP house, the only difference is that this one is being paid for while the other is free.<br> <br> The Eskom wire from the pole down to the ground is right in front of the house and making drivin in and out a hustle.I was promised that it will be dealt with and now the story has changed. The pipe from the geyser goes straight to the toilet tub.Simply put,the toilet tub gets filled with HOT WATER FROM THE GEYSER.The shower taps and that of the basin are also swaped.Red is cold and visa versa.I contacted the developers and was adviced to speak to Jana Odendaal from Kiron Properties.When I phoned her she told me that I am the only one complaining and she doesnt have time and basically put the phone down on my ears.<br> <br> DID THE BANK NOT INSPECT THIS HOUSE?IS IT NOT THE BANK'S RESPOSIBILITY TO PROTECT THOSE THAT THEY LEND MONEY TO?
