House went for an auction

<p>Nedbank did not follow the right procedures. I was not aware that the house went for an auction. I was not given any documents to sign. Nedbank attorneys phoned me and they said the house for R500000 was sold for R100000. It was a joint bond but my x husband who tried to **** me was paying for it. Now they only phone me regarding the outstanding amount. When I asked for the documents that states that the house was going for an auction they couldn't provide me with the documents because they said they were distroyed. I can't afford to pay this debt as I am raising two kids by myself. Nedbank must write off the balance because the house was sold for a small amount. </p>
