House developers are supposed to alert first time bond seekers about these interim stories

I got a home loan with Nedbank, i thought i will only be paying my bond once staying in my apartment. I was never alerted that i would have to pay interim interest before total bond. Now im paying for my rent and interim every month(Torture) I'm even thinking of canceling the bond.
