House content claim

It been 2 weeks I made a house content of my fridge to Nedbank, They sent Assesstech who collected fridge. I have followed up with Nedback 3 times and have been told that they will get back to me with feed back and will request the assigned to my case must contact me. None of that has happed, Nedbank has not bothered to come back with any feedback , this is the 2nd incident i have experienced with Nedbank where have not recieved feedback I constantly... No feedback from any of them.. It is disgusting that whilst im frustated they continue to give me scrippted responses.

I also logged a fruad case in March I still have no feedback regarding the claim
