Horror service from Nedbank building Insurance

I have Nedbank building Insurance recently had strong wind which damaged part of my roof and I since I am paying building insurance I called Nedbank to resolve the issue. They appointment a company called Marcom projects to access the damage they only came a week after the damage. They used drone to do inspections not going on top of the roof they said there’s no damage at all. Nedbank called like I am mad person and made story about the damage. The roof still open and if rains it will damage my ceiling. They Nedbank was so rude to me tells me I must be sure about my story next time when I log a call. Why must I continue with Nedbank if they are going to treat me like a **** of trash
