HORROBLE EXPERIENCE WITH NEDBANK EMPLOYEE

I received a call from a consultant by the name of Siswe Mnisi from home loans who was so ********, arrogant, and not willing to listen. During our conversation he was not willing to listen and kept on mentioning that he's following process without understanding my financial status. He possess not customer care qualities even after I had told him that I have a heart condition he kept on talking and did no listening at all. What an arrogant wmployee yoh have!!!!!
