Horrifyingly Wicked Bank

Nedbank is de*****ing us. My account was hacked due to poor security of our accounts, to date I have not received feedback for the ***** case I opened. Instead I receive a message from Bianca Thompson who requests for us to call but never answers the phone. The service is appalling, we have requested for feedback through the contact us channel and no one responds still. Matlakala a bank.
