Horrifically poor service.

Today I have received what I can only describe as horrifically poor service, through the customer call center and in Branch. Your branch is dis-organized and did not resolve my issue. Your call center could only transfer me from one person to the next, that is the reason I went into the branch. I have been promised a call before close of business today to advise once my issue has been resolved, I am not going to hold my breath I might die. Next year I will be moving banks.
