Horrific service from Nedbank

At death the estate of the deceased person is frozen, and no-one may withdraw funds from the deceased’s bank accounts without the necessary permission from the Master of the High Court.

The death was reported to Nedbank Newmarket Mall within less than 14 days of the date of death, however there are transactional activities still going on. Bank account is not frozen still.

As an Executor I asked for a Bank Statement from inception to date and a DE Reference Number I was promised a callback from one of their bankers to assist to date no one called me back.
