Horrific Service
Bad Service I had an unauthorized debit on the credit card which I logged the dispute with the Bank. please see the correspondence below to the CEO who still didn't respond to date Dear Mike
Last week after I followed up on this matter, I received a call from a lady who told me that she will be handling this query and promised to give me feedback the next day (15 July 2020), I am still waiting. Again another empty promise. I have also followed up with the dispute department, see attached no one bothered to respond.
Please share with me one of the board member for Nedbank so that I can escalate this matter to them as clearly you also cannot assist.
Regards Paul

Dear Mike
I have no option but to escalate this matter to you,
I have logged a dispute on the 30th June 2020 regarding unauthorised debit from the credit card. I have not received any feedback, I called this morning to follow up on the number that is sent on transactions notice ***). The person I spoke to whom I cannot remember his name told me I need to call another number which I told him the number I dialled is Nedbank number I prefer to be assisted. He then put me through to complaints department (cold transfer with no context), I spoke to a very rude gentleman by the name of Thipe. He claimed to be a manager when I asked him to put me through his manager, while I was waiting for the manager he transferred me back to the call centre.
Clearly I deserve at least a service from Nedbank as I am the customer and I fulfil my promise as agreed. I urge you to listen to the call recording as I was advised that all calls are recorded(I called from ***). I cannot always when I call your call centre I get treated like this. If you check on your old emails you will see that I have raised this before.
Please assist me with this query.
Regards Paul
