Horrible/Disgusting Customer Service

I visited Nedbank Sandton City 4 weeks ago to go reverse debit orders from Metropolitan. I have been calling them every other day for feedback till today. I know for sure that with other banks you can reverse debit orders for 3 months without having to visit a branch. I am disgusted to be a client and will be making a switch soon.
