Horrible waiting time for the ban0k and credit card department
<p>Went in to apply for a credit card, just a student who wants to build a credit record with them been with nedbank for over 10 years, i apply for the card and told ill be notified in 48 hours tops, well a month later and some visits to the branch im told they backlogged with requests yet having so much time to constatnly call me to open up a account which i already have and things that have no meaning. So after all that i dont qualify and they cant tell me why so a over 10 year customer whos always been loyal, invets with them. cant get something so small?? just to start up ? Im so furious and dissapointed.</p>
