HORRIBLE SERVICES, WORST BANK EVER!!!

Firstly if I could give a 0 star rating I would.

It's been well over a week since I handed in my fica documents for my account to be unfrozen. I've spoken to people at Nedbank but they are of no help at all. All they tell me is " your matter has been escalated and will be resolved in 48 hours." its all a lie, so since then my kids and family have been starving and I can't even pay rent now my family must been on the streets. This is the worst bank with also terrible customer service.
