horrible services

Good day

I'm so upset with your pathetic service I have spoken to 4 diferrent consultants who cannot listen to simple instructions

All I need is to put a stop order on my account to transfer money to my savings account on the 26th of every month. the 1st consultant didnt understand what i was talking about, clearly needs training the 2nd consultant asked a whole bunch of questions before iforming me he could not assist and will transfer me to someone else

the 3rd consultant transferd me to someone who would a securuty check ans she informed me she could not complete my request and can only do that from next month

A whole 40 minutes on the line and all my airtime is finished and still no help

I have done this before many times and now suddenly there a whole lot of bull**** answers i'm getting.

I want a manger to call me or just cancel my account so I can move to another bank coz u guys are pathetic really.
