Horrible services

I have a personal loan with Nedbank, this festive season they debited. Worse part is that I have to buy my kids something, however I am unable to do that for my kids while nedbank worse part not even any communication from Nedbank about this horrible experience. Thank you Nedbank for making my Christmas for me and my family to remember as a horrible one for the year 2025.
