Horrible service on very very basic function

The only bank out of the the four big ones that doesn't respond on their Hellopeter complaints. This should tell you what you need to know about Nedbank. Seems like they dont take their customer feedback serious at all. I've been having a nightmare to just settle my personal loan account. thought this is a basic question for the customer care agents, but seemingly not. I just want to know to which account I pay the settlement figure to, and Nedbank customer care is giving me a different answer every time I call..hehe, this bank is a joke
