Horrible service Nedbank Richard's Bay

Worst service ever,start at the door and the journey really begins.nobody acknowledges you.people que up waiting for a ticker,staff could care less.after eventually asking if it's self service one staff members prints out the ticket.if staff members work any slower they will stop.pathetic really that this branch gives you a feeling that you are home affairs and it should not be that way.certainly don't feel valued at nedbank..time to move
