Horrible service. NEDBANK

Yesterday at 12:00 i got to Calswald nedbank branch i sat for an hour trying to get assistance. They only have 2 tellers working in a whole branch. When i eventually did get help the consultant that assisted me with my querry didnt do what i needed assistance with. Early today 01/ 07 /2021 i called nedbank to enquire about my querry i didnt get assistance i spoke to a lady at the call center based in Braamfontein her name was Thandeka Makhubeka who reassured me that the branch manger at nedbank calswald Mrs Reddy would call me back its been 2 hrs i stilll havent gotten any feedback my querry is not resolved. This is horrible service and i cant wait to to close my account because wow their service is bad
