Horrible service - Nedbank

I am disappointed at Nedbank after phone calls and visited a branch in springs where they have a cheque account that was supposed to have been closed as it still stands open after not being in use for over 6 years. Consultant at the branch seemed confused and called a different department where they couldn't help I was told I will be contacted on a particular Monday to resolve the problem however it's 2 months now and no communication.i only discovered about this when they declined my credit card application with them. Can anyone that has the power to resolve this to contact me because I am not going back to a branch that didn't even know how to assist , never mind the fact that it's there a pandemic at hand and I have to be in queues only to be told you'll be contacted and that never happened.
