Horrible service from the branch

I have been using nedbank with no trouble ,lately I'm just not happy at all.Friday I visited lephalale branch I wanted to sign my bank forms. The service I receive was horrible from kgomotso .she was not even wearing name tag I saw her name on my forms. She called me and I had to stand infront of her for plus minus 20 min without being assisted .by the look of this was still apdating her things.i explained how my form is required jooo.she told me I'm not the first person to fill form with .and she doesn't take orders from District she's working for Nedbank .Tjoooo the standard is dropping eveday if do not open eyes guys seriously. I was not happy at all
